The rent of an apartment or the cottage is 130 euros per night when booked for a week and 125 euros per night when booked two weeks. For a shorter stay we charge 135 euro per night. Cleaning at the end of the stay: 50 euros.

Linen and towels are provided, as well as fresh bread for breakfast every day, with delicious jams, local DOP honey and savoury specialties from the region. Coffee / tea / milk / juice are in the apartment/cottage. Also included are: water, gas, electricity, heating. The guests rooms are provided with free WiFi.

For an extra bed we charge 10 euros a night.

We can take care of your laundry for 6 euro per load (detergent included).

On the day of arrival your are welcome from 3 pm, on the last day we kindly request you to leave at 10 am at the latest.

The Concia welcomes its guests from early March till the end of November.
